A dated record of shipped changes and their practical limits.

## September 21, 2026 · Shared studio and chat operators

Added wallet sign-in, live DEX Screener narrative samples, a local image canvas, saved identity kits, append-only identity approvals, encrypted owner-controlled CTO wallet preparation and recovery, and chat project linking. Pair research distinguishes evidence from creative proposals and cannot establish team quality or predict winners.

Telegram and Discord adapters share project permissions and a durable command queue. Operators can request a plan, funded artwork, research, or a pause. A chat member may request research but cannot spend the project budget. Setup status and install links appear in Connections after deployment credentials are configured.

Approving an identity records its exact version. Editing it requires a fresh approval before chat-driven production. Outputs retain their source identity hash and require human review; there is no automatic public publishing or visual-verification guarantee. Canonical reference-image conditioning and a public continuity scorecard remain future work.

CTO preparation generates a recovery-protected wallet locally. Scrip stores only the address and verifies control; it does not hold the key, approve Pump requests, collect fees, or spend that wallet. The onchain check covers the Pump bonding-curve creator field only.

## September 21, 2026 · Background image recovery

Added scheduled recovery of accepted image jobs, independent of an open studio tab. Browser checks and background runs share expiring job locks; interrupted checks recover, temporary failures back off, and completed images are saved with their existing provider receipts.

The studio reports actual recovery check-ins. This worker cannot order new generations, publish social posts, run the saved autopilot policy, or spend trading fees. Missing submission receipts continue to require operator review.

## September 21, 2026 · The Scrip workbench

Introduced Scrip and the Make, Plan, and Receipts workbench. The character stays with you across the site, follows your attention, and reacts to workspace actions and production results. Mobile has an expandable companion dock; motion can be paused and follows reduced-motion preferences.

The homepage workspace guide saves a direction and sample plan in your browser, with a local receipt. It points you to the existing studio, documentation, and devnet launch. It does not run a conversational AI, spend provider credit, schedule posts, or activate trading-fee funding.

## September 18, 2026 · Product handbook

Added task-based documentation with search, direct section links, mobile navigation, current capability states, fee examples, recovery guides, and a release history. Connected guidance to the studio and launch workflows.

This release improves product clarity and usability. It does not activate mainnet fees, social publishing, or unattended production.

## September 18, 2026 · Aftermark identity

Introduced the Aftermark identity and interactive demo trade → budget → brief → receipt flow. Added a server-side studio allowlist to keep private projects and paid generation restricted.

## September 18, 2026 · Saved creative operations

Shipped account-scoped projects, test-credit reservations, preview delivery, receipts and exports. Connected the operator-funded image production with saved image bytes and provider evidence.

Added content commitments, finished-image attachments, investor preview, and saved continuity settings. Social channels and a persistent worker remain unconnected.

## September 18, 2026 · Devnet launch flow

Added wallet-signed Token-2022 creation, cost review, fixed-supply verification, browser-saved transaction receipts, and pending-transaction recovery. The transaction was exercised in local Solana VM tests; the live network still requires a funded wallet and RPC access.

## The next engineering milestones

These milestones are planned work, not dated launch promises.

1. **A verified fee source.** Bind a project to a supported token and market, establish fee authority, and reconcile actual income.

2. **Reliable unattended execution.** Extend background image recovery into bounded content planning and execution, with approved budgets and explicit blocked states.

3. **Authorized publishing.** Connect approved social channels and record confirmed post IDs separately from generated assets.

4. **Public evidence and stewardship.** Expose the appropriate public records and enable verified operating-role transitions.
